TD1 - Modular Dual Line Valve Element

The Tecalemit TD Series dual line metering valves combine strength and reliability with almost limitless configurations. 

With it’s clever modular design and construction, these valves can be changed from dual to single outlet on-site. Flexibility is key and these valves have the added convenience of serviceability or replacement without disturbing pipe work, saving you on maintenance and down-time. 

The modular dual line valves features: 

• Modular base and valve design

• Valve cycle switch, optional

• Brass turret with stainless screws

• Visual performance indicators, covers included.

• Twin outlet: 0.1 to 1.0cc per cycle

• Single outlet: 0.2 to 2.0cc per cycle

• Construction: Nickel plated steel.

• Pressure: 5,800psi (400bar).

• Lubricant: 15 Cst oil to NLGI grade 3 grease.

• Maximum frequency: 100 cycles per minute.

• Temperature: -30°C to 80°C.

• Inlets: 3/8" BSPF.

• Outlets: 1/4" BSPF.
